From Coordination to Consensus — the co4you Model
GAHODA’s team-building experiences develop unity through action and reflection. Our co4you framework — Coordination, Cooperation, Collaboration, Consensus — trains teams to function with resilience and clarity in complex or high-stress environments.
Methodological Core:
Drawing on Extreme Stress Training (EST) and Humanitarian Open Diplomacy principles, participants engage in simulated humanitarian crises and ethical dilemmas to enhance both operational teamwork and interpersonal empathy.
Program Types:
- Humanitarian Simulation Exercises: Realistic multi-day field simulations replicating crisis coordination, negotiation, and adaptive decision-making.
- Negotiation & Mediation Lab: Interactive workshops teaching practical mediation, negotiation, and dialogue facilitation for professionals in humanitarian, diplomatic, and corporate sectors.
- Ethical Leadership & Communication Workshop: Strengthening moral reasoning, intercultural communication, and crisis messaging.
